Lucky is a singer-songwriter raised in Oklahoma and currently based in Liverpool, UK. The journey into music began in 2024, inspired by the songwriting of Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift — artists whose early work showed that simple songs and personal stories could resonate far beyond their origins. What started with a first guitar and hours of practice in a bedroom quickly grew into a deeper commitment to songwriting and live performance. ​ That early practice led naturally to regular busking, open mics, and live gigs across Manchester and Liverpool. Playing in intimate rooms and on the streets helped shape a performance style grounded in real audience connection and repetition — learning songs by playing them, refining them in front of people, and letting performances guide growth. This journey eventually led to live radio performances in Manchester, marking a step forward from local stages to wider audiences.   Now based in the UK, the focus is on writing original music, developing an acoustic-led sound, and building a long-term career through consistency, live experience, and dedication to the craft. The work continues with the same approach it began — one guitar, steady progress, and a belief in letting the songs speak for themselves.
